<p dir="ltr">Sounds like there's a possibility that Bill and Saemi might be open to separation rather than divorce. Sounds like Bill might be intentionally leaving enough in the Credit Union for house, etc. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Since Bill isn't the greatest about following through or the most honest person, I talked with Saemi about getting legal papers that Bill could sign to stop the divorce. I think you (or maybe the lawyer at your church) could probably find the paperwork from NOLO Press. Cut out the lousy lawyer. Then Saemi and her brother could go up there and ask Bill his decision. Saemi says Don and her are willing to make another trip there.  If Bill is willing to stop the divorce, they could have the papers ready for him to sign. </p>
