Hi - Looking for some guidance around nanny hourly
rates for twins.I have heard between $20-$25/hour but
looking to the experts here for
validation.Additionally, from a total compensation
standpoint we will be including:10 PTO days8 paid
holidays5 sick daysMinimum of 35 hours/week
(potentially 40)Use of our car (instead of theirs)

We currently have the following in place:- $21/hr,
time-and-a-half for overtime- 10 PTO days/year- 6 sick
days/year- 0 paid holidays- between 40-50 hours a week
(average ~47)- No car useHope this helps!

Does anyone have a good pediatrician recommendation for
us? We are in the UCSF network. We are expecting twins
in April!
