Adult members may renew/update all family members online.</p><ul><li>For a Family membership, only one household member needs to respond to this invitation.</li><li>Club managers will no longer be able to register their vaulters (due to the need for direct communication with members, and acceptance of Code of Conduct, etc).</li><li>Each individua
l members and/or Family will need to renew their own membership.</li></ul><p>HOW TO ADD/RENEW CLUBS AND HORSES</p><ul><li>After you have joined/renewed, you may create/add a new club and add a Horse to your profile.</li><li>Club and horse Profiles may only be accessed by the individual who is currently logged in. Example: Jane Doe logs in using her login codes. Jane can access her club profile and her horses.... and add a new club and new horses as well. Her club and horse will be linked to her personal profile. There will no longer be a separate login code for a Club</li><li>Please note that Adding or Renewing a Club is only necessary for the Owner of that club</li><li>Your current club affiliation will automatically be included in your personal profile. As well, when you purchase/renew your AVA membership, we will ask you during that process which club you are a member of.</li></ul><p>HOW TO ADD/RENEW CLUBS</p><ul><li>To Add or Renew a Club, under the 'Your Account' dropdo
wn menu at the top of the page, select 'Renew or Purchase a Membership', at the page with 'Your Details', you will find this under 'Organization at the Address'</li><li>If you are the primary contact for an existing club that has had an AVA membership in the past, and your club is not shown here, please contact Craig Coburn (info@americanvaulting.org) to have this fixed.</li><li>To add a new club, select 'Add a new Affiliate, Business, or Club'. On the following page, select the type Club, enter a Name for the club, and enter the name of the person who is to be the primary contact for the club.</li></ul><p>HOW TO ADD/RENEW HORSES</p><ul><li>Under 'Your Account' dropdown menu at the top of the page, select 'Household Horses'</li><li>On the Household Horses page, you can Add New horses or Edit the horses already associated with your household.</li><li>If your horse was listed on our previous system, that information should be carried over to our new system. If it is not, pleas
