<div><p>To Whom It May Concern I am writing this letter to provide my strongest possible recommendation to Ms. Mercedes Elizabeth Flores. She has worked for our family of two dads, two dogs and two kids for over the past two years as the full-time nanny to our twin toddlers, Beatrice and Wyatt. She is a wonderful employee, nanny and person, and I am so glad she chose to become a part of our children's lives. First, it is not easy to find a better employeethan Elizabeth. Never having formally employed anyone before her, I feel she has made the experience easy. She is early all the time, sick only once in two years, and available to stay late or work extra as needed. Her attitude and outlook towards her job are consistently constructive and collaborative. She has made having a nanny easy It is hard to put into words how wonderful ananny Elizabeth has been to our kids. Beatrice and Wyatt are growing up as bright, curious and happy children, and I credit her time with them as a major contribution to their development. Her care of them has been exemplary from the start, from feeding and napping them as babies to playing and toilet-training them as toddlers. She is a firm and disciplined feminine presence for our twins while consistently clearly enjoys working. Elizabeth is positive and upbeat, easy-going and friendly. From the beginning easily providing them with love and kindness. Importantly, she knows my children have benefited from her, and the fun she has with them extends to their happiness, I as a parent have benefited from her years of professional experience as a nanny and mom. She is always open to having conversation whenever I am at home at the end or beginning of the day. Have her speaking Spanish exclusively with the children, she has taught mine as her own as well. My primary criterion for hiring a nanny two years ago was to find someone who want to be a part of our family, and I can say without reservation that I did it finding Elizabeth.
