The gates at Cambridge and Mansell Streets are locked, closing the Shelley Drive loop to vehicles.</div>

Rec and Park staff provides a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for kids in grades K-8, including exercise, art and STEM projects. </span>The Department of Children, Youth and their Families (DCYF) has arranged for three meals a day for all participants.
