I was delighted to find that there was now a space to include <br>moe than 2 parents/guardians, and I happliy filled out the information <br>for the person who has been a parent to them since they were born, has <br>been included on the school emergency forms since the children have <br>been in school, and served on their school's SSC for 3 years, Richard <br>Johnson.</p><p dir="ltr" style="color: #2b2e2f; line-height: 22px; margin: 15px 0">On Monday, January 9, 2023, I recieved email messages (attached) that <br>stated "We are unable to process the application for Kelly <br>Ladue/Frances Ladue because the parent/guardian on the application <br>does not match the parent/guardian on our files. You must email <br>documents from the Courts or Social Services or a Foster Care Agency <br>showing the change of guardianship or custody to <br><a href="mailto:enrollinschool@sfusd.edu" rel="noreferrer">enrollinschool@sfusd.edu</a>."</p><p dir="ltr" style="color: #2b2e2f; line-height: 22px; margin: 15px 0">Unfortunately, reality is not legality in this case, and I have no <br>legal documents to show, in the eyes of law, that Richard Johnson is a <br>legal parent/guardian to Kelly and Frances.
