<p>We are starting a Culture and Climate Leadership team made up of Hoover staff, students and families. The driving mission of this group is to create a culture at Hoover where every community member feels safe, respected, and celebrated.</p>

<p>The group meets the first Wednesday of every month from 2:50 to 4:00 at Hoover. We ask that participants on the team commit to attending meetings regularly.</p>

<p>The first meeting will be next Wednesday, September 6th. We will start by looking at data about students' sense of belonging at Hoover and brainstorming solutions for improving Hoover's culture.</p>
