<p>Hello,</p><p>Just a heads up that I updated grades for the quarter. There are a couple more assignments that need to be added, and a few more late/absent/make up assignments. These were due today, but since I am done with most of it - I will extend the deadline for missing work to <strong>TOMORROW, OCTOBER 11, 2024. </strong></p><p><strong>Grade Check Form:</strong> Student should have come home with a grade check sheet with the list of their missing assignments and the grade they have in the class from last Thursday. This was due Monday. Please submit tomorrow or grade for that assignment will stand as missing. </p><p>The <strong>science notebook is also due tomorrow</strong>, so please make sure that you have completed all the work that has been assigned for work this unit. There are only a couple of students who I have communicated with in regards to extended time, so please do not ask for an extension if you have not already spoken to me and we are in agreement. </p><p>Just a reminder that this grade is not the final grade - it is a progress report of how you/student is doing and students have been asked to reflect on how to maintain and/or improve for 2nd quarter which will impact their semester grade. </p><p>If you have any questions/concerns, please let me know and I will reply as soon as I am able to.</p><p>Thank you, <br>Mrs. Jennifer Estrella (she/her)<br>7th Grade Science<br>Herbert Hoover Middle School</p>
