This book tells the story of Representative McBride's recognition of her own transness and commitment to community service. In college, she came out as Sarah, and in 2020 she won her election to become a Delaware State Senator. This January she was inaugurated into the U.S. House of Representatives! This is the 10th year that SFUSD's Visual and Performing Arts Department has organized this concert. Students danced, sang, played instruments, and displayed what they have learned in SFUSD's popular Mariachi Program.
