<p dir="ltr">On Wednesday evening, SFUSD received an anonymous report through the <a href="http://track.spe.schoolmessenger.com/f/a/18R_wSdOFttYrXX4qEVZLA~~/AAAAARA~/U0HF9d8s_J3SAHaDEPGYLK1xig19qt9gwozC0CMZzdUnOulQ3BI363u3hnptjdCcB94-jfw705g-IY6nWdsUNk42ezvew5Yjl-DUU1wOOrt76yeh7KcUDVDgjsvz0rkZb_53mZ3nbUgYNv-cjp-M65mYDm8q41ypZXaVhXXxG1-hM-EtNEfO3S0uJEL31JOa">Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (SS-ARS)</a> regarding a potential threat toward our school. As soon as the report was received, we were in contact with the SS-ARS call center and the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD). SFPD has since begun an investigation into the report. </p>

<p dir="ltr">Out of an abundance of caution, SFPD officers are present on campus this morning. There is no indication of an active or immediate threat, and their presence is intended to add an extra layer of safety for our school community. Everyone is safe and the school day is continuing as scheduled. </p>

<p dir="ltr">Our staff is aware that some students may feel worried or unsettled. We are supporting students throughout the day and remind them if they have any concerns, they should speak with a trusted adult at the school. Our staff and our district leadership teams remain in close communication and will continue to work together to support student and community safety. </p>

<p dir="ltr">We understand that situations like this can be concerning for families. We want to reassure you that the safety and security of our students and staff is our top priority. </p>
