          I'm writing to say that after speaking with Rob, and also
          reading up online, I'm better understanding Kai's request to
          be referred to as "they" or "their" and am willing to do it as
          best I can. <br>
          When Rob first mentioned it, I think any reluctance was mostly
          because "it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks", but since
          learning of it's importance to Kai I'm willing to do my best,
          and would love to speak with Kai about the right way to use
          these pronouns. <br>
