 I'm looking to hire a new nanny starting in January. I
 am a stay at home mom and only want someone part time
 to help with my babies and also to help me around the
 house. I was curious if any of you might be interested
 in doing a nanny share of sorts where the nanny would
 be at your house part of the week and my house part of
 the week. This would be different from most nanny
 shares in that s/he wouldn't watch four kids at once
 taking turns at both houses but have two kids at a time
 and be at your house approximately 20 hours a week and
 mine approximately 20 hours. Considering a lot of
 nannies are looking for full time work, I thought this
 might be a good setup for someone. Let me know if you
 might be interested or have thoughts along these lines
