Hello Ruth Anne,

Thank you so very much for your patience!  I have your account set up and
ready to go when you are!  The account # is based off of your phone #68282
but you can also reference your account with the spelling of your last name
and or full phone number.

The driver delivers in your area on Tuesdays.  Depending on when you would
like the first delivery, prebirth or newstart, just let us know and we will
plan it around your delivery day of Tuesdays.

The amount owing on the account would be $136.00 and that is the pre-payment
for the first 4 weeks of diapers service at 160 diapers.

Did you need any accessory items to arrive with your first delivery?  If
not, no worries, I like to double check with you!

For the payment on the account you can use a credit or debit card and we
accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover Card.

There is no rinsing or soaking of the cloth diapers, all you do is take the
soiled diaper off of your little one, poop and all and we take care of it
for you.  We will provide blue liner bags to line your diaper pail and also
deodorizers for your diaper pail.  The deodorizer is non-toxic and it is
preservative free.  You will receive the 1st deodorizer on your first
delivery and once you open it up, it should last about 8 weeks.  When you
need a new deodorizer, you can either call Tiny Tots or just attach a large
note to the soiled bag and the driver carries them in his pocket.

*Suggestion:  I* would recommend, if you can, to do what we call a weekly
label audit on the blue liner bags we provide (white label), how many *clean
cloth diapers* you have left in your home, when your putting your soiled bag
out on Monday night for your driver (once we have your account active).  The
reason being is that the soiled diapers that you return to Tiny Tots are
actually hand counted and our counter does a great job but he does count a
lot of soiled bags through-out the day.  By writing down (nice & big), how
many clean diapers you have left in your home, we here in the office can
keep a better eye on your rotation number.  When you order (*160*) cloth
diapers per week, we actually have (*320*) cloth diapers allotted for your
account.  So it should work that between the number of clean diapers your
driver delivers you + plus the number of clean diapers you may have at home,
should always equal (*160*) *clean cloth diapers* to use for the coming week
(*on any given Tuesday*). If there is ever a discrepancy, please do call or
email right away and we will correct the error and get you more diapers, our
goal is for you to have the correct amount in  your home and not to run out
of diapers.  You could also write a big note and attach it to the soiled bag
and the driver would bring it back to the office or email us your clean
count weekly.  Your Tiny Tots Drivers name is "Ed".
