I fired off the previous e-mail with erroneous information.

Your December rent check is he, but it is short $351 because you deducted the fee for Coit Duct cleaning from your rent amount.  Please deliver $351 ASAP.

Duct cleaning is a personal preference.  It is not an expense the owner pays for.

The bookkeepers are advising me that we are missing your rent check for the month of December.  It is very out of character, and maybe something went wrong with the check you sent.  Can you please check with your bank and deliver a replacement check to us as soon as possible?
