[House] December Rent - Correction

1.  We've never paid for the COIT duct cleaning before.

2.  The ducts were so bad that we had to get them back a second time
because the first time after they left something *lit on fire* and
filled the upstairs with smoke and coated all the upstairs surfaces
with black dust.  Seriously, the ducts are *bad*, and they're bad
every year, and we can't breath that stuff, especially with dust
allergies, and even if we could, we're not letting twins breath it.

3.  I told you I was going to call COIT, which as I said we've never
paid for before; please find the email attached where I told you
this, along with a list of other people we were going to call, and
the one thing we *didn't* expect you to pay for separated out.  If
your policy about paying for this service has changed, I would have
expected a response to that effect at that time.
