[House] December Rent - Correction

My recollection is that I asked you who we call for the ducts (see
attached email) and then you called me, we talked on the phone, and
you told me to talk to COIT.  Two emails and a phone call is me
attempting to be clear as to my intentions.

Our records indicate that you paid for the ducts in both 2007 and
2010; I can get the exact months if you like.  We don't recall you
saying anothing about no further duct cleanings after the one in
2010.  That looks like a policy change to me.

We won't ask for help with the ducts in the future.

If we had known we were paying for it this time, we would have spent
time shopping around for price, or waited for a special or
something.  It was my understanding that you told me to just use
COIT, so that's what we did.

As such, we feel like we could have paid less, so we're willing to
split it with you.

It seems like we had a misunderstanding here.  I appreciate how
easily we've communicated in the past, and I hope we can continue
our excellent relationship in the future.
