For New Parents looking for a Pediatrician in Noe
Valley AreaCome join us for a nourishing lunch, and
learn what sacred foods will help you see these
benefits:Babies have better digestion; less gas,
 diarrhea, constipation and excessive spitting up;
therefore less overall digestive pains and less overall
distress.Parents have reduced stress; they are rest
assured that their MamaKai meals are extremely
healthful as well as incredibly convenient to reheat or
 grab on the go.Babies have better sleep patterns;
therefore mom gets more and better rest and experiences
less exhaustion overall herself.Moms and babies have
heightened immune response; with less inflammation,
colds, fevers, diaper rash and so on.Moms see an
increase in the quality and quantity in breast milk
production; typically leading to rapid weight increase
for the baby (this is a good thing) because they have
all of the key elements he/she needs for proper
development. The body knows how to grow and develop if
it has the right tools. When: Wednesday, March 13th,

 Preggo Pilates (www.preggopilates.com)Do you have
abdominal muscle issues? Diastasis is a separation of
the abdominal muscles more common in moms who have had
multiples. The Tupler Technique is a series of
exercises designed to bring the abdominal muscles back
together. (Regular crunches can actually make diastatis
worse because they strain the muscles in a way that
causes them to separate more.) Come learn the correct
way to repair your tummy, help alleviate back pain, and
 slim your waistline.
Stephanie is a Certified Pilates
Instructor & Director of Pre and Postnatal Education at
EHS Studios in San Francisco & qualified teacher of the
 Tupler Technique.Event Details -)

Hilton Hawaiian Village is great for kids, great pools
and lagoon, safe for little ones and you can even
inquire about getting into their condo section so you
have 2-3 bedrooms with a kitchen, which is great with
kids so you don't have to go out for every meal. I
also found a great babysitting website and found a
great sitter one night which I might be able to dig up
her name if you stay on Oahu. You can check VRBO for
 condos as well.Tava
