1. Looking for nutrition tracker appropriate for twin pregnancy

jeccat - 1/16/2012 10:09 pm
I am just entering my second trimester of a twin
pregnancy and I am a little intimidated by the changes
I need to make in my diet. (I am a vegetarian and I
need to at least triple my protein intake.) Ideally I
would like an online tracker-- like the one at Weight
Watchers-- where you can enter your food and it tells
you how much you're getting of each nutrient. All the
ones I've seen are either for dieters or for singleton
pregnancies. Barring that, I would appreciate any tips
on how you managed to keep track of your nutrition
during your twin pregnancies!

A reminder that the deadline to turn in applications is
coming up, January 27. In addition to the Educational
Placement Center, there are satellite locations and the
mobile bus to turn in applications. See information
below. Parents/Guardians should apply at the San
Francisco Unified School District's Educational
Placement Center (EPC), located at 555 Franklin Street,
Room 100. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Current SFUSD students (i.e. 5th, 9th graders) can also
