So we had a big solid food meal (sweet potato, avocado, pear;
nothing new) followed by some booby and some nap, and about 2-3
hours ofter the solids F threw everything up, and has continued to
throw up, or at least heave, every few minutes ever since.

No other symptoms, no sign of any real distress or pain except "wow,
I keep throwing up, that's pretty exhausting".

Paraphrase of doctor's opinion from phone call: "Enh.  Wait an hour
after the last vomitting, give her booby milk, nothing else (except
maybe pedialyte) tonight.  If you can't get an hour gap tonight,
call back.  Call back for new symptoms, esp. fever."
