 delivered twins at 38...

 We have three month triplets and we've been propping
 since we brought them home at two weeks old (they were
 born at 34). Parents need to sleep!

 For night feedings my husband would feed them while
 they were still lying down in their crib together. Not
 sure if you're "supposed" to feed babies while they are
 lying on their backs, not propped up, but it worked for
 us. I think we began this around when they were 1-2
 months old. They were also born at 34 weeks.

 annoying-ness, so I think the key is to find something
