I was just released from the hospital today after being
admitted for pre-term symptoms. I am now on strict bed
rest and looking for help with meals, personal care,
laundry, setting up the nursery, and the like. Ideal
situation would be 3-4 days a week from 12pm-3pm. Would
love any recommendations. Thanks!

Anyone know what can be done with older cribs - the
kind with the drop-side? I know those have been
recalled (tho mine predates the recalls by at least a
decade.) It's a great crib - in beautiful shape, we
never had any trouble with it (& neither did the
friends we got it from) -- but now I guess they're more
or less outlawed. Are there any after-market
modifications we can make? Any charities that will
take them? I hate the idea of it going into landfill.
It has loads of life left in it yet.Anyone know how
best to handle this?

You might try St. Elizabeth's, a home for pregnant
unwed teens, on Masonic Street. I have taken
consignment sale leftovers to them from past sales but
I am not sure on their rules. Martha_________________
