 I'm wondering what activities a nanny can do with 4.5
 month old twins? We recently hired a nanny who seems
 okay, but she's not as energetic as I'd hoped. She
 plays with the babies and shows them toys, talks to
 them and sometimes tries to read to them but she's not
 as animated as I'd expect and she doesn't sing to them.
 She seems nice enough and she seems willing to learn
 (she's young) but she doesn't seem very proactive.Am I
 being too impatient? It's her third day. I just wish
 she'd be more active but I recognize there's not much
 you can do with babies that young so I'm wondering what
 activities your nanny does with the babies.Thanks!

 My baby is 4.5 months as well. I don't have a nanny.
 Instead, I send her to daycare. I'm not sure if this
 daycare center is unique (maybe others have insight
 with this) but it's ran by a young woman who has a BA
 in Early Childhood Development. What she does with my
 child is talk to her in English
