Hello all,We are selling one gently used 48" round
table and six chairs. They are all from an educational
store in the East Bay called Lakeshore Learning where
schools and teachers shop, so they are very high
quality. Perfect for a playroom, living room or
bedroom. Toddlers who come to our house fit in the
chairs and use the table as well as our 12-year-old
twins, so great for all ages! Our 12-year-olds look
pretty big in them, so we're getting new stuff. Photos
attached and links below. Would love to sell all of
them together, but am willing to split them up. If you
live in SF and buy the whole set, I'll deliver them if
you don't have a car big enough. Would be happy to get
$250 for it all or make me an offer. Please respond to
kelly94127 at yahoo.com if you're interested and would
like more information.Table (One):* Red * 48"
diameter* 15" from the floor to the top of the table at
minimum height; 21" from the floor to the top of the
table at maximum height (it's adjustable, which is
wonderful and adds years to its usage!)* Original
price: $229* Link:

2. Help with 9 month feeding schedule

My brain is going 'round and 'round over this and
finally, I've decided I need help from the SFPOM
collective wisdom. For several months now, our b/g twins
have been on a fantastic feeding/napping/sleeping
schedule that has worked for everyone:7:30 wake,
change, have 2 oz food and 7 oz formula8:30-9:30/10 nap
(finger food snack, sippy cup water)11:30 lunch, 2oz
food and 7oz formula1-2:30 nap3:30 2oz food and 7oz
formula4:30-5:30 nap6:15 bath7:15 8 oz bottle7:40
asleep through the night until 7:30amThis has been an
uber fantastic schedule for months now and though I'm
loathe to change it, I think I have to because I think
my daughter in particular is hungry and needs something
between the 3:30 meal and her 7:15 bottle of formula.
Now, here's the rub --how do I get three meals, 2
snacks and a bedtime bottle in during the day without
going absolutely nuts?! I feel like this schedule
allows me a few breaks during the day to do something
other than think about a meal.Looking on various
websites and the archives it seems I might have to
separate the formula from the meals --how do I do
this?! I can't figure out how to do this and still have
some down time...or maybe I shouldn't think about down
time? I'd love to hear what your schedule is/was at 9
months, so please do share!Thanks!

Hang in there. I can't remember exactly when we changed
things up, but at some point we moved our girls to more
regular meal times. We have an older toddler, so it was
just more sane all around if we were all eating at the
same times. They also dropped the 3rd nap making dinner
possible. So it was something like this:7am - wake up,
breastfeed8am-ish - breakfast of solids9/9:30 - bottle
then nap11:30/12/whenever wakeup - lunch of
solids2pm-ish - bottle then nap3:30/whenever wakeup -
snack5:30-ish - dinner of solids7pm - breastfeed then
bedtimeI was never very good with fitting in a morning
snack since my girls seem to sleep most of the morning.
We also don't bathe them every day. No way I could fit
that in to our schedule, ha!It will get easier as they
get older and eat more regular food, really.

Good luck (and yes, it sounds like you've had a dream
schedule - congrats!).Here was our 9-12 month schedule
(they were only on two naps by then, and now at 13
months are transitioning to one):7am: wake, bottle
(7-9oz). followed by oatmeal + applesauce9am: nap11am:
bottle (6-9oz), "lunch"1-2 or 3: nap3pm: bottle (6-9oz)
