 I've just taken over as admin for our playgroup and am
 excited to get my 5-month old boys together with other
 twins. I won't be posting to the general forum again,
 but as apparently there are 33 members of our Jan-Jun
 2013 playgroup, but nothing has been started yet, I
 wanted to get some visibility since most probably don't
 make a habit of checking the subgroup forum for our
 playgroup.Another mom with older twins gave me a lot of
 tips, including starting a private FB page, as that
 really helped her group become active thanks to the
 immediacy of the information.I've created a group SFPOM
 JJ'13, please contact me via email or FB directly if
 you'd like to be added to our group (Lauren McDowell,
 lauren.mcdowell at ymail.com). Several moms in Bernal have
 shown interest so I'm thinking we can do our first
 meet-up somewhere there and discuss frequency,
 location, etc, of future meet ups. I'm thinking next
 Wed the 9th around 11am.

 I also took Rachel Yellin's class. I was at St.Luke's
 for awhile but transferred over to UCSF. I was tired of
 having so many appointments at St.Luke's that ran over
 an hour late and having to go back and forth between
 CPMC for the ultrasounds. Everyone told me how
 magnificent Judith Bishop would be, but I found her to
 be a bit unwelcoming and extremely weary of natural
 birth with twins. Dr. Houston was another story. She
 didn't blow me off when I told her I wanted to have a
 drug free natural birth. She even walked my husband
 through the risks, and when he asked questions, showed
 him graphs and reports with detailed answers. Risks
 really aren't that high once you see in numbers.
 Anyways, I delivered on my 40th week due date to
 healthy girls after 50 hours of labor and no drugs at
 UCSF. I'd recommend it. They let me have time, and let
 me do my birth the way I wanted. Sometimes you'll have
 to put up a fight, but if you can see Dr. Houston
 you'll be good!

 I made it to 40 weeks with the help of swimming,
 walking, chiropractor and accupuncture. Craig Marble is
 amazing, he's in the presidio and is married to Kari
 who is a prenatal yoga instructor:

 amazing. I've seen many chiropractor and none as good
 as him. He specializes also with pregnant ladies.
