I actually just had this procedure done at the end of
June. I think you are referring to Liposonix. I, too,
had that stubborn belly fat which was so annoying since
I actually weigh less than I did before I had my twins
(they are 3 years old now) and I am in the best shape
of my life. The place I had it done actually does it
in small square increments..so you only pay for what
you need. I had 3 squares done across my belly (under
my belly button)...kind of a nice option if you only
have a small bit you need to take care of. I am going
for my measurements in a few weeks so I can let you
know the results. I am happy I did it- especially
since it was non-invasive and not that expensive. But,
I would say that it is really for those people who have
stubborn parts they need to get rid of- I guess the
place I went to turns many people away that are not the
 right candidates. Hope that helps...

 Hi all,

Anyone have a reasonable house contractor you can recommend?
 Thanks!

Hi Susan, We were really very happy with Paul McAtamny
of Kilrea Construction. He worked with us to get the
most reasonable price and still really maintained great
 quality. His number is
 415-420-4550.http://kilreaconstruction.com/Another
bonus - he's great with the kids. My son loves all
things construction. So he is coming over on a Tuesday
when my kids arent in school so that my son can "help"
him put the numbers back on the house. Ha. Lisa

I'm currently almost 28 weeks with B/G twins. This is
my second pregnancy and I had never had a single
complication in either pregnancy until I recently went
into preterm labor at 26 weeks. There was really no
forewarning, but now I'm on bed rest and meds and am
not allowed to do much of anything. Seems like twin
pregnancy is pretty unpredictable! At try he very
least, you may want to book a fully refundable flight
in case anything prevents you from going, or in case
you change your mind. Good luck!

Seems as though you have confirmed my fears - twin
pregnancy is highly unpredictable! Looks as though I
should wait a bit longer until I can book my flight.
Thanks for all the advice ladies!

Take w a grain of salt but the conservative decision is
not to go. I got back from Hawaii at 21 weeks after
feeling super healthy and with my drs blessing. I
returned and within a day had a cerclage and was on
bedrest for the remainder of the pregnancy due to
preterm labor and cervix issues. I was told I could
have lost both babies or have been stuck away from home
(for once making Hawaii undesirable!) for months. I am
so not one to be this conservative about stuff like
this but if I did it again id never have gone.

 I agree that it's a little risky. I didn't have
complications with my twinsbut took my last flight
right around 24 weeks and was very glad I didn'twait
any longer. It was getting difficult to be on my feet
for too long soa little challenging to get through the
airport, security lines, waiting toboard the plane,
etc. Also, the risk of blood clots on such a long
flightwould worry me. If it were me, I wouldn't risk
it. Perhaps you can try totake a trip sooner- maybe in
the next month or so (or your family can meetyou
 half-way?)
