3. Amazing infant twins experienced au pair available NOW
--------------------------------------------------------
debspr - 12/4/2014 10:52 am
I just found out about this amazing twins experienced
au pair that is available immediately...plus a promo
hits tomorrow that is $850 (beats the $575 twins
discount). Call me on 415-990-7571 if you want to
interview Roetilli or want the promo code. The cost of
an au pair is only $350 per week for 45 hours of
Childcare and light housekeeping. I've had 15 au pairs
over the years and love helping other multiple families
with this childcare option.Roetilli arrived to the
United States on 03/3/2014 and has a valid visa until
03/2/2015. Roetilli is planning on extending for
another 12 months.Roetilli was working with a family in
Minnesota assisting in the care of 9 month old
twins.Roetilli is 24 years old and is a level 5 (good)
English speaker.Reason for transition:Roetilli injured
her ankle last month while she was ice skating. Her
host family was very happy with her childcare but
needed another au pair immediately to assist with the
twins. Roetilli will remove her walking boot next week
and is cleared by her doctor to work again after
that.Roetilli is highly recommended by her host family,
LCC, and program director. Roetilli's LCC says
she is fantastic with children and very
proactive.Driving:Roetilli has a Brazilian and
international driver's license. She has not
driven in the US since it was not part of her duties.

I don't know that there is a pediatrician in Cole
Valley proper. I think your closest choice/bet would
be Laurel Heights/Laurel Village area where there seem
to be a number of practices clustered (many affiliated
with CPMC). We go to SF Bay Pediatrics and have been
happy there. Our ped, Gary Gin, is kind of
no-nonsense, but he knows his stuff (experienced) and
isn't too quick to give antibiotics. We have been
happy with his approach. That being said, I hear the
rest of the practice is great as well (hear very good
things about Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Pepitone in
particular). Nurses are great, parking is easy,
appointments also pretty easy. Please note that all of
this experience with the practice is based on our 3 YO
son (who has been seen there since he was a newborn).
We are expecting our twins in Feb, so can't yet speak
to our ped (or any ped in the practice's) experience
with twins.

I have a 2 1/2 year old and fraternal twins who are now
3 mo old. We are surviving! The best advice I can give
is to have someone in your home every day to help out
where ever needed. For me, it's my mother-in-law - she
comes over Mon-Thu, 8:30-4:30 and we hire a nanny for
Fridays. Today was my first day solo with all three
kids, and though it's possible, nobody gets quality
time. With an extra set of hands to watch the twins, I
devote at least one morning a week for just him and I.
It's wonderful :)Ask, we had people bringing us dinner
five nights per week for the first two months. This was
totally essential and so helpful to not have to think
about!I don't know if this is helpful at all, but I'm
happy to chat more about it if you'd like! You'd also
be welcome to come over sometime for a "day in the
life" if you want a peek into the chaos :)Good
luck!Taryn
