 I'm in the same boat. I am thinking of continuing the
 nanny share for my son at least 2-3 days a week for
 this reason. Part of me feels like I'll be neglecting
 him, but the other part feels like I'll need it for my
 sanity. I'd welcome other advice too.

 We fed them at the same time, all the time. When one
 woke at night to be fed, we woke the other and fed her,
 too. The old addage "never wake a sleeping baby" does
 not apply here! Otherwise, I would have never gotten
 what little sleep I did. It was the one "draconian"
 thing we did to make our lives easier. When you feed
 them at the same time, they usually go to sleep at the
 same time, too.Things will get easier once they hit 12
 weeks; it's hard right now because they're going
 through a growth spurt. They might actually be hungry
 every hour right now, and you just have to kind of
 power through until they slow down. Good luck, and feel
