Dear Valued San Francisco Zoo Member,
It has come to our attention that credit card purchases made at the San Francisco
Zoo after December 6, 2013 were not charged to the corresponding credit card accounts
until January 3, 2014. We are currently investigating the cause of this purchase
 delay and apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused. Please
know that our payment processing system is secure and this glitch is simply the 
result of a transaction delay in what is normally an automated procedure.
If you have questions regarding this issue, please call (415) 753-7201, Monday-Friday,
9:00am-5:00pm. Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we sincerely 
thank you for your support of the San Francisco Zoo.
