[House] Scheduled garage cleanings

I have changed this week's scheduled garage cleaning to Saturday, due 
to the bead meetup. I will also be changing the garage cleaning to 
once a month, on the second Sunday, because we were only getting 
around to it about 1 out of 4 times, anyway. Also, I've shorted the 
scheudled time to an hour, becasue that's how long it takes. 
However, this means while we can change the date and/or time around, 
it can not be cancelled completely, because I will go nuts.
