1. 3yo twins: Life is a party, and we don't want to sleep,
EVER!

Our B-G twins turned 3 in April, and until very
recently we had the best sleep karma that twin parents
could ever ask for. But lately, they absolutely will
not go to bed - for the past week, they have literally
run laps around their room in a hysterical giggle fest
until midnight. Then they sleep till 9am (which means I
don't see them before leaving for work). They had the
side rail of their crib removed ~18mos, so they've had
freedom for a long time, and they have been able to
turn on their light for a long time too. But this did
 not coalesce into a lights-on, out-of-bed rebellion
until recently. Any tips? For several months we used
the door monkey to lock them in their rooms (don't
judge! it worked) so they would play for a bit and then
crawl into bed and sleep. Now they are strong enough to
bust it. And it isn't always even a matter of them
leaving their room, it's just that their room is a big
party. Definitely a twin problem. Any advice? Gracias!

Forgot to mention the obvious. Yes they do still take a
nap (90min or so). Do we definitely need to drop it?
They are super-tired at nap time, and if they don't nap
they are cranky. But I don't know how "drop the nap"
 normally plays out.
