 If both babies are head down you can have a natural
 birth at St. Luke's without an epidural (see Dr. Laura
 Norrell there who is head of OB and unofficial twin
 specialist). If you have the resources, birth doulas
 are great, especially if you're shooting for a natural
 delivery. If you're choosing between the two, I'd also
 vote for the night doula unless you'll have live-in
 help from family or some other support those first few
 weeks.
