- Turns out that mucus color isn't an indication of anything; it
need not even be infected *at all*. It means that the mucosal
lining is irritated and/or dehydrated, and that's it. TIL.

- Therefore, what's going on in my lungs (which hasn't spread to
my sinuses) isn't very interesting; I should let them know if it
    gets worse.

- I got a list, again, of surgeons that can fix my breathing on the
right side. This time I'll try not to lose it. -_-

- The next time I get a full-blown sinus infection, I might as well
come into the office and get a low-power CT scan (which they can
do right in their office) and see if there's any obvious
blockages. It was generally agreed that while having 4 major
sinus infections a year is Bad, doing so when you have 4 year
olds in the house doesn't really prove much of anything about
anything, but I might as well get the CT scan in case they're
like "Oh, dude, you've totally got this thing and wow surgery
   would be a good idea".

- Doctors always laugh at my "So, people keep telling me that
surgery is a last resort, but surgery has always solved all of
the problems I have presented it with and I love it".
