 HelloI have 9 month old twin girls and I am having a
 nightmare with sleep issues! They go to bed normal time
 and they are happy to go to bed after their bedtime
 routine (play at the park for 30 minutes, have a bath,
 sing a song, read a book, milk and bed). However, they
 still wake up 3-6 times each at night and they also
 wake up each other a lot. Then they refuse to sleep in
 their cribs and they want to be hold. They dont want
 milk at night just hugs and soothing and sleeping on
 us. It drives me a little crazy and I can't function as
 well as I would like..Can anyone recommend a no tears
 method? I am not very comfortable hearing them cry, I
 tried but I just can't do it...I feel terrible for the
 twin who I leave cry just because the other twin woke
 her up and I feel that I am hurting them..even though I
 understand its an over reaction from my part, I just
 can't do it...Thank you so much!
