World Snake Weekend
July 15-17

>From harmless to venomous, snakes are fascinating animals to learn about and observe! Help SF Zoo celebrate the first anniversary of the South American Tropical Rainforest & Aviary exhibit and attend a special 2:30 pm Keeper Talk during World Snake Weekend (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=15b3991771&e=7683a9aed3) . Members Get Early Access to March of the Penguins
July 30

One of our most popular annual events, March of the Penguins (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=9e6bc6c222&e=7683a9aed3) , is happening Saturday, July 30 and Members can come into the Zoo early at 9:30 am to get a great seat! Come watch our two adorable Magellanic penguin chicks waddle through the Zoo to their new home on Penguin Island. The 10:15 am ceremony celebrates the chicks' graduation from "Fish School" where they lose their fluffy down, learn to eat whole fish, swim and accept food from their human keepers.

Wolf Canyon Now Open

Mexican gray wolves (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=ba737d5142&e=7683a9aed3) are HERE! Come visit our three wolf brothers in their large, newly refurbished and technologically advanced habitat! Learn the wolf conservation story and how the Zoo is helping grow the population of the most endangered wolf subspecies.

Wildlife Theatre
Every summer, Zoo visitors delight in watching Wildlife Theatre (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=d277d54a19&e=7683a9aed3) , a 20-30 minute show utilizing a variety of animals from birds to reptiles to tell interactive and entertaining wildlife conservation stories. Catch daily 1:30 pm or 2:30 pm performance now through August 12, then weekends only until September 5.

Wellness 101 Camp
Registration is now open for our newest program, Wellness 101 Camp, for kids ages 12-15 years. This week-long class provides an overview of the mission and purpose of zoos, hands-on experience with animal care and an introduction to zoo careers. Nature Trail

Come see how we've revamped our groundbreaking educational exhibit for the 40th anniversary! Located in the Exploration Zone, Nature Trail is open daily in the summer.
