[House] wednesday letter

Dear TK Families,                                          10/26/16



We continue to have Garden (Mondays) , Librarian Read-aloud (Thursdays),
and ART (Thursday mornings).  We have a part-time para helper, Ms. Sandra,
who will be here for about 2 more weeks.



We are collecting toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls for our art
projects.  Please save!



This Friday October 28 is RED, WHITE, and BLUE day.  In honor of the
upcoming election, our spirit day is to wear the colors of the American
flag.



Monday October 31: HALLOWEEN!!!!!  You are welcome to come at 7:50  and
stay all morning.  You can be here to read and play with your child in the
morning, and then help the children put on their costumes, and then join us
for the parade at 9:30.  After the parade all the students in the school
will go to the auditorium for dancing.  NO CANDY at school please.



Tuesday November 8   Remember to VOTE!!!!!!  In addition to President of
the USA, there are many state and local issues to decide.



Friday November 11 is a holiday…Veteran’s Day.  NO SCHOOL.



November 14-18 is Parent-Teacher Conference week.  Please see sign-up
papers in this folder.  You will sign up for a meeting time with me.  We
will meet in my classroom and I will give you your child’s report card and
talk about how your child is doing in class.  SCHOOL GETS OUT AT 12:50
EVERY DAY THAT WEEK!!!!!!!!
