Happy Year of the Rooster
February 4-5
Celebrate Lunar Near Year at SF Zoo! Don't miss the final weekend of our Year of the Rooster entertainment and activities, Saturday and Sunday, February 4-5. Soak up the ambiance of the occasion and marvel at traditional Chinese lion and folk dance performances near the Lion Fountain. Go on a Zodiac Scavenger Hunt through the Zoo to find and learn fun facts about animals on the Chinese calendar, including the rooster. Guests born in the Year of the Rooster receive complimentary Zoo admission for the day!

Members receive complimentary hot beverages at the Gift Shop and free carousel rides. As part of our "Will Zoo Be Mine?" weekend, celebrating love at SF Zoo, Members have the opportunity to attend a special Keeper Talk in Puente al Sur to hear about the growing guanaco family. February 11-12
Celebrate Valentine's Day at SF Zoo by taking a "Lovers Stroll" to visit animal couples, mates and families. Decorate a Valentine for your favorite animal at the craft station and share the love by purchasing an Adopt-An-Animal (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=b1fb607963&e=7683a9aed3) for yourself or your sweetheart. There's even a special 11:30 am Keeper Talk at the Wolverine exhibit in honor of the female wolverine's Valentine's Day birthday!

Mark your calendars and get ready for the wildest place around! Registration for Spring and Summer Zoo Camps (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=d8502c2c5f&e=7683a9aed3) will open Wednesday, February 15 at 8:00 am. From toddlers to teens, your children will go ‘wild’ while learning, playing and exploring at the San Francisco Zoo!
