Celebrate Valentine's Day at SF Zoo by taking a "Lovers' Stroll" to visit animal pair, mates and families during "Will Zoo Be Mine? Members' Morning

San Francisco Zoo Members are invited into the park early for our monthly Members' Morning (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=4876eee05e&e=7683a9aed3) event, beginning at 9:00 am. Members receive complimentary hot beverages at the Gift Shop and free carousel rides. As part of our "Will Zoo Be Mine?" weekend, celebrating love at SF Zoo, Members have the opportunity to attend a special Keeper Talk in Puente al Sur to hear about the growing guanaco family. Let the Learning Begin
Get ready to enroll your kids for the wildest activities in San Francisco! Teen Volunteer Programs
What better way to spend the summer than volunteering in your community at SF Zoo?! Teens ages 14-17 years old who love animals, working with children, and would like to gain experience in public speaking should attend an orientation for our teen volunteer programs. Attendance at an informational orientation is mandatory to apply. Talk on the Wild Side (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=c490c8a362&e=7683a9aed3)  orientations will be held February 18 and February 26 from 1:00-2:00 pm. Orientation for our extremely popular Zoo Camp Teacher Assistant (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=2ab54507c1&e=7683a9aed3) program will be held March 4th at 10:00 am. All meetings will be held in the Osher Great Hall of the Lurie Education Center. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend along with prospective volunteers. No RSVP necessary. We hope to see you there!

Nature Trail Orientation
The 41st season of Nature Trail (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=23ed58cf8e&e=7683a9aed3) is right around the corner! If you know a student between the ages of 12-14 (must turn 12 by June 1, 2017) who loves animals, please encourage them to apply for the Nature Trail youth volunteer program. Attendance at one informational orientation is mandatory; orientations will be held in the Osher Great Hall of the Lurie Education Center on February 18 (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=7c879069b0&e=7683a9aed3) and February 26 (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=0b1471bd48&e=7683a9aed3)  from 10:00-12:00. Nature Trail volunteers learn to handle small animals, such as hedgehogs and tortoises, and teach natural history and conservation to San Francisco Zoo visitors. Students work two days per week for the duration of the summer.
