 I am a fellow expectant mother of twins, now 22 weeks
 pregnant and doing a Nutritionist Consultant course at
 Bauman College. As part of my final training we run and
 teach a 4 week Health and Wellness Programme.
 Throughout my course I have focused my research on
 pregnancy nutrition and I am looking to conduct my
 Wellness Programme specifically for pregnant women and
 women with small children. This would be a completely
 free programme offering an hour nutrition classes once
 a week for 4 weeks. There will also be the opportunity
 for 2 of the participants of the class to have free
 personalized nutrition counseling sessions with me once
 a week for the 4 weeks. Participants in the program
 will learn the fundamental principles of nutrition and
 ways to better their moods, regulate sleep habits, gain
 energy, and increase their overall well-being through
 their diet and lifestyle.Course to begin the week
 commencing 13th February with a short initial
 conference call to explain the course. Classes will
 commence the following week. Class one: week commencing
 20th Feb. Each class will be one hour long.Class two:
 Week commencing 27th FebClass three: week commencing
 6th MarchClass four: week commencing 13th MarchExact
 time of class and location are still to be determined.
