[House] First of month blues

The first business day of each month, I send out statements to our clients
with a cover email that reads:

Hello!

Enclosed is your monthly statement from R & S Erection of San Francisco
along with your open invoice(s). *Copies of all open invoices begin on the
second and subsequent pages of the attached PDF.*
And every month I get replies to my email that read:

"Pls send in copy of unpaid invoice."

Every. Month.

I almost wish I could attach an mp3 file that autoplayed saying the same,
damn thing.
