Stern Grove Festival Finale Featuring the Revolution on August 19

Launch Party for the Golden Gate Park Tennis Center on September 8
Join the Tennis Coalition and Rec and Park for a special tennis event celebrating
the launch of a new campaign for the new Golden Gate Park Tennis Center on Saturday,

Thank you to Outside Lands for doing this dance with us for the 11th year in a row
in Golden Gate Park! This amazing partnership has contributed over $20 million to
our parks over the past decade, puts $75 million into the local economy annually
 and provides 2,500 full-time jobs each year. We hope everyone had a great time 
enjoying the music, art, and food in our park this past weekend and look forward

PlayCubes at Selby & Palou Mini Park
On Friday, August 10, we completed an addition to the Selby and Palou Mini Park!
 The PlayCubes, formerly located at Civic Center Plaza, have found a permanent home
at this park, along with the park's newly refinished picnic tables! Thanks to the

Summer Day Camp Update and Camp Chronicles
We're getting close to the end of summer as we finished up our ninth week of summer
day camps last week! Did you know that last week, our campers caught over 100 striped
bass at fish camp, harvested over 250 pounds of vegetables at farm camp and served
