Celebrate Presidents’ Day Weekend and
Our Black Bear Cubs 1st Birthday!
Join us Presidents' Weekend as we celebrate the 1st birthday of our black bear cubs. The cubs, one male and one female, were found abandoned hundreds of miles apart and given a permanent home at our zoo. You can find them in Bear Country, an area of the Zoo that celebrates American wildlife, and next door to two ten-year old grizzly bears – also rescues -- who live at Hearst Grizzly Gulch.
