 January 16, 2019  AVA Awards Ceremony at Symposium, Selection Criteria for Upcoming FEI Junior World Championships, and Reminder to all USEF Competing Members to do Safe Sport Training RSVP for AVA Year End Awards Ceremony and Disco, Boxed Lunches The AVA Year End Awards Ceremony & Disco will be held in Las Vegas, NV, again this year during the Education Symposium, Saturday evening, March 9, in Las Vegas, NV. The ceremony will include a look back at the AVA's 50 years. There is NO CHARGE for the ceremony and disco afterwards. There is no banquet this year, but there will be appetizers and a dessert bar. We would like people to RSVP at the link below so that we have headcount numbers for setup purposes.    Also, we will have delivered box lunch options for all Symposium participants for SATURDAY and SUNDAY. These must be PRE-ORDERED and PRE-PURCHASED using the link below. The box lunches are delivered right to the arena - super convenient, quick and easy. There are lots of great options, too, including a salad and various sandwiches. This applies to all vaulters, lungers, and horse owners. Note: the Safe Sport Requirement is effective on the day a competitor turns 18, so our vaulters could still be competing in Juniors yet be subject to the Safe Sport requirement. Click here for FAQ. The complete Selection Criteria for Individuals, Pas de Deux and Squads will be published soon pending final approval by the International Disciplines Council and USEF Board.
