[House] Complimentary Zoom Classes for all AGC Students

Dear Parents, Guardians, and American Gymnastics Family,

We are excited to announce that we will be offering complimentary zoom classes for all levels! American Gymnastics will be taking a phased approach to reopening. Our first phase will be the implementation of complimentary Zoom Classes. We encourage you to follow our new Facebook page and keep checking our website www.americangymnasticsclub.com to view any new changes. We very much look forward to reconnecting with everyone, and we are optimistic that we will all emerge from this ready to flip and cartwheel once again.

Please follow this link to view our class offerings throughout the week. We will not be charging for these classes, you are welcome to join as many or as few of the classes as desired.

Tots (Age 2-5) Classes are 30 minutes each. Recreational level (Age 5.5 and up) classes are 45 minutes, and Team classes are 1 hour. Each Level will require a specific code and password, they are listed below:

To participate, we ask all children to be supervised. Please ensure that the area with which you will participate is as large and obstacle free as possible. The staff members will accommodate any athlete as best they are able if space (or downstairs neighbors) are an issue. In addition, we highly suggest that you use the largest screen possible for the kids. If you have a smart TV and can mirror you computer or ipad, please do so. Finally, please have some sort of mating or padding available in addition to soft carpet. The instructors may ask for students to use a pair of chairs, couch cushions, and the use of a wall for handstands. Please let your athlete know if they are free to kick up next to a wall for a handstand.

We at American hope all our gym families and students stay safe and remain optimistic. Your health and well-being continue to be our priority. Our staff will be working hard to prepare the gym for reopening when it is safe and when we are permitted to do so. We are not able to give you an exact date for our reopening, however we are hoping to be in the second wave with other gyms and fitness facilities. Once we have a projected opening date, we will be in touch with specifics as to schedules and return procedures. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 we recognize that there are many new procedures required to conform to social distancing requirements and the need to maintain high cleanliness standards.
