Hi Robin,

We are so excited to welcome everyone to camp! We wanted to give you a
little more information about Monday's transportation.

Please review your transportation selections by logging into your camper
account <https://farmcamp.campintouch.com/v2/login/login.aspx> and clicking
on the Transportation Form in the "Forms & Documents" section. The
information entered in the "To Camp" section of your camper's
Transportation Form is used to generate our car, bus, and airport arrival
lists. *If you need to make any changes, please update them in your
Transportation form online and email our office so we can confirm the
changes on our end.*

*Shuttle Transportation:*

   - *Bus charges will be automatically processed later this
afternoon**, **using
   the default method of payment listed on your camper account.* The buses
   cost *$100 each way*.
   - Please have any forms or medication ready to hand over to our
   transportation staff. We will also have some Dramamine available, with your
   consent, for campers who get car sick. The road to camp is winding and long
   so this can often be helpful for your camper's comfort.

*Berkeley Amtrak Station*

*Monday Assembly Time* (To Camp) is *11:45 AM*.  They will be pulling out
of the station by *12:00 PM* and heading to the Petaluma stop.


*Sheraton Sonoma County*

*Monday Assembly Time *(To Camp) is *12:45 PM*. The bus will be loaded and
leaving the station by *1:00 PM* heading to camp.


*Oakland Airport Transportation:*

Campers will be met at their gate by a Farm Camp staff member and
accompanied onto our shuttle heading to camp. Below we have listed the
names and phone numbers of Camp Flight Chaperones with the corresponding
camper flights they are assigned to.

*Chaperones for flights*: Please check with your airline if they need the
chaperone's name.  This is sometimes required to head through security and
escort your child out of the airport.

*Monday drop-off* is between* 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM.* *PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE
EARLY*. We understand you may want some extra time to walk around the farm
and acclimate your camper but we do have quite a bit to prepare for on
these days and would appreciate that time to do so.

Although our mailing address is Cazadero, we are not located in the town of
Cazadero. If driving up, please refer to the directions listed here
