Hopefully, you had an EXCELLENT vacation.

We have another chapter of the saga! I got a phone call from OptumRX 
on Friday saying they needed personal info to tell me what they were 
calling about, so I said I'd call them back instead. While I was 
waiting on hold, I looked up Kelly's prescriptions, to find out that 
the order for the generic Concerta was canceled. When I finally get to 
talk to a person, they confirm that yes, it's been canceled becasue 
they haven't been able to reach the prescribing doctor. I told them 
that you were on vacation. So they said that they woule reach out to 
you again in the coming week.
