Well, bleh. Given that they don't guarantee that the concerta will be 
in stock (and our research is looking like maybe it won't be for a 
while) let's switch over to the generic focalin XR. Kelly has 10 more 
days of the Concerta, and we'll switch over once that's completed, 
unless you think we should do the switch now. We already have a 30 day 
prescription for focalin XR filled. I'd like to wait to see how she 
does on that before refilling focalin at OptumRx. If everything goes 
ok, you can give us another 30 day prescription of focalin AND submit 
to OptumRX at the same time, since they take 30 days to process.

Currently, Kelly takes the concerta at breakfast and then a 5mg 
ritalin right before leaving for school, and another 5mg ritalin after 
school to get through homework. How will her stimulant dosing be 
different with the focalin?
