[House] 2026-27 SFUSD Enrollment Application is Missing Immunization Records

Hello,

I have submitted Kai Ladue's immunization records and TB assesment 
via the Emergency Card form on ParentVue. Please let me know ASAP if I 
need to submit ANYTHING else for Kai; I am already concerned that this 
will hold up Kai's application to RA SOTA.

Also, I could not submit forms JUST for Kai, I had to also process 
Frances' Emergency card information, and it all assumed that Frances 
was a new student, and wouldn't let me submit her emergency form 
unless I said that I would upload documents later, which I do not need 
to do, as Frances is a continuing student.
