 repeat with the next one. then i'd sneak out of their
 room, and back into bed until 5am. in addition, i'd
 often sleep from 8pm-10/11pm. that worked wonders to
 help me to feel rested the next day. i'd set an alarm
 to wake up for the dream feeds.having a mini-fridge
 upstairs with all the gear and a couple of bottle
 warmers on the dresser in your room helps to get
 everything ready in the semi-dark, then just sneak into
 their room... we used

 (the red can), along with a little spoonful of

 in each bottle to help the kids digest the dairy. if

 I'm taking a poll - how many hours does your nanny work
 a week? We have 13 month old twins and they are very
 active now, they need a lot more energy and attention.
 I want to make sure our nanny isn't working more than
 she should, she wants the hours but she seems tired and
 has complained about her back to me. We talked about
 reducing her hours and she does not want to.Thank you.
