I agree. Thise arguments are not fun. As a dad of a now 10th grader, I also
made the conscious decision to just not buy anything that wouldn't be
allowed in school. If arguments ensued about clothing, the garments find
themselves in the donation pile.
Most of the kids wear sweaters or hoodies or jackets, even in 500 degree
weather. I have been at most recesses and I am not seeing kids coming to
school in spaghetti straps or midriffs. With today's warm weather, we shall
have a better assessment of what is under those sweaters and jackets.
